आवर्तः ३२ – विषयनिरूपणम् – जीवब्रह्मैक्यम्
अयं च ग्रन्थः *१ जीवब्रह्मैक्यं प्रतिपादयति। अतः प्रत्यक्परचितोरैक्यमेवास्य ग्रन्थस्य विषयः। सर्वे वेदास्तमेवार्थं प्रतिपादयन्ति।
इतोऽन्यथा द्वैतवादिनो वेदविरुद्धार्थवादित्वाद्वेदबाह्याः शठाः = गूढविप्रियकारिणः = ‘प्रत्यक्षे स्तुतिकर्तारः परोक्षे चातिदूषकाः’॥
*१. जीवशब्देन जीवशब्दलक्ष्यार्थः कूटस्थो बोध्यः।
This grantha explains aikya of jīva and brahma. Thus, this aikya is the viṣaya of this grantha. All the vedas explain this alone.
The dvaita vādis who say otherwise are in opposition to the teachings of the vedas. Thus, the are called ‘veda bāhya’. They give importance to what is pratyakṣa and censure that which is beyond the senses.
