सुषुप्तौ किं सिद्ध्यति
सुषुप्तौ अहं ज्ञाता। जाग्रत्स्वप्नयोः सुषुप्त्यभावे अहं तदभावस्य ज्ञाता। अतः नाहं सुषुप्त्यवस्था, न तन्मम। सा कारणदेहस्य। अहं तज्ज्ञः साक्षी घटसाक्षिवत् तद्विलक्षणः। एवं अहं सुषुप्त्यवस्थायाः साक्षी।
॥इति श्रीविचारचन्द्रोदये अवस्थात्रयसाकीवर्णनं नाम पञ्चमी कला समाप्ता॥
What do we know from suṣupti
I am the seer of suṣupti. In jāgrat and svapna, I see the absence of suṣupti. Thus, I am not suṣupti, nor is it mine. It belongs to the kāraṇa deha. I am it’s witness, as I am the sākṣī of the ghaṭa. I am different from it, and am it’s sākṣī.
