एवं किं फलम्
कर्ता लिङ्गदेहः तद्धर्माश्च पुण्यपापे च। तद्फलभूतयोः सुखदुःखयोः भोक्तृत्वम्। इहलोकात् परलोकं प्रति गमनमागमनम्। वैराग्यशमदमादिसात्विकवृत्तयः। रागद्वेषहर्षादिराजसवृत्तयः। निद्रालस्यप्रमादादितामसवृत्तयः। क्षुत्तृषौ आन्ध्यं बुद्धिमान्द्यं बुद्धितीक्ष्णता। इत्यादयः नाहं न मम इति निश्चयः।
what is the result of this vicāra
The kartā is the liṅga deha along with puṇya, pāpa and other dharmas. It enjoys the the fruits such as sukha and dukha, and travels between lokas. It contains the sātvika vr̥ttis such as vairāgya, śama, dama etc. It contains the rājasika vr̥ttis such as rāga, dveṣa, harṣa etc. It contains the tāmasa vr̥ttis such as nidrā, ālasya, pramāda etc. It also contains hunger and thirst, blindness, dullness of mind and sharpness of intellect. The fruit is realizing that I am none of these, and they are not mine.
