जाग्रदवस्थायाः स्थानं वाक् भोगः शक्तिः गुणः अभिमानी च किम्
जाग्रदवस्थायां स्थानं नेत्रं, वाक् वैखरी, भोगः स्थूलः, शक्तिः क्रिया, गुणः रजः, अभिमानी विश्वः।
अत्र यद्यपि जाग्रदवस्थायां चिदाभासरूपजीवस्य नखाग्रात् शिखापर्यन्तं सर्वत्र देहे व्याप्तिः, तथापि मुख्यता नेत्रे इति कृत्वा स्थानं नेत्रं इत्युक्तम्।
What is the result of this
The sthāna for the jāgradavasthā is the eye. It’s vāk is vaikharī. It’s bhoga is gross. It’s śakti is kriyā. It’s guṇa is rajas. It’s abhimānī is viśva.
In the jāgradavasthā, even though the cidābhāsa in the form of the jīva permeates the body from head to toe; it’s primary place is the eye, and thus this is said to be it’s sthāna.
