मनोमयकोशादहं भिन्नः इति कथं ज्ञेयम्
कामक्रोधादिवृत्तियुक्तं मनः विकारि। अहं सर्ववृतीनां साक्षी निर्विकारः। अतः नाहं मनोमयकोशः, न तन्मम। तत् सूक्ष्मदेहस्य। अहं तज्ज्ञः आत्मा तद्भिन्नः। एवं अहं मनोमयकोशात् भिन्नः। इति ज्ञेयम्।
How do I determine that I am not the manomaya kośa
The mind changes with functions such as desire, anger etc. I am the sākṣī of all the vr̥ttis and am changeless. Thus, I am not the manomaya kośa, nor is it mine. It belongs to the sūkṣma deha. I am it’s seer and am different from it. Thus, it is known that I am different from the manomaya kośa.
