अन्नमयकोशः कः
पितृभ्यां भुक्तं अन्नं रसवीर्यं भूत्वा मात्रोदरे समुत्पद्यते। ततः जन्मनः अनन्तरं क्षीरादिकान्नेन वर्धते। ततः मरणानन्तरं अन्नमयपृथिव्यां विलीयते। इति स्थूलदेहः अन्नमयकोशः।
What is the annamaya kośa
The anna eaten by the father becomes rasa. In the womb of the mother, it is produced and increases with milk etc. After death, it disintegrates in the earth. The gross body is the annamaya kośa.
