अहं पञ्चकोशाद् विलक्षणः आत्मा। इति कथं ज्ञेयम्
पञ्चकोशाः अनुभवयोग्याः। तद्भिन्नः नानुभूयते। अहं पञ्चकोशाद् विलक्षणः आत्मा। इति कथं ज्ञेयम्?
सत्यम्। तथापि अनुभवविषयाः पञ्चकोशाः। अनुभवस्य निवारणं च असंभवमेव। पञ्चकोशानां अनुभवस्य यच्चैतन्यं, सः पञ्चकोशातीतः आत्मा।
How do I know that I'm not the kośas
The five kośas can be known. Anything else is beyond experience. How do I know that I am different from the five kośas?
True … it is still true that any object of experience is amongst the five kośas. Negating experience is not possible. The caitanyam that enlivens the five kośas is beyond them, and is the ātma.
